Cinnamon French Toast
Ingredients
- 8 slices of COBS Cinnamon Loaf (sliced thick)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp Grand Marnier (optional)
Directions
Arrange bread in 9″x12″ pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and Grand Marnier. Pour mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight. Sauté bread in hot butter until bottom is golden brown. Turn and brown the other side. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, mint and a pinch of icing sugar.
