Cranberry Orange Brioche Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 COBS Bread Cranberry Orange Brioche Loaf, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- Sugar to sprinkle
- Ice cream to serve
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 320°F
Slice loaf into 1″ cubes
Butter a baking dish & lay the cubed brioche into the dish
Mix the cream, milk, eggs and pour over the brioche
Sprinkle with sugar
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes
Serve with ice cream
