Almond Butter and Fruit Skewers
Make breakfast fun again by adding skewers to an almond butter sandwich and combine it with fruit. Not only will they get the nutrition they need for a healthy lunch, they will love eating it too!
Ingredients
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Loaf, crusts removed
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ banana, sliced
Directions
- Spread almond butter on 2 slices of Whole Wheat Loaf and place the other slice on top.
- Cut into 6 pieces. Alternate a piece of fruit with a sandwich cube and add to the skewer.
