Pumpernickel Smokestack
Ingredients
- 3 slices COBS Pumpernickel Loaf
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise Romaine lettuce
- 100g sliced roast beef
- 1 pickle, sliced
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp grainy mustard
Directions
Mix horseradish and mayo and spread on bottom slice. Layer on lettuce, roast beef, pickle slices and cheese. Spread mustard on remaining slice and place on top.
