Toasted Chia Bread with Avocado, Tomato & Mint
This combination topping our Chia loaf creates a deliciously light high-fibre breakfast, lunch or afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of COBS Chia Bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tomato
- 2 small radishes
- A few leaves of fresh mint
- Chia Seeds
- 1 lemon wedge
Directions
Toast sliced COBS Chia Bread to liking. Top with sliced avocado, tomato and radish. Finish with fresh mint, a squeeze of lemon juice, and sprinkle with Chia Seeds for extra fibre, protein and omega 3.
